Creating Our Planet is a community exhibition concluding this year’s Glasgow Goes Green Festival, a collaborative event run by universities across Glasgow. We chose the theme of ‘Creating Our Planet’ to recognise the shortcomings of COP26, the need for creative solutions to sustainability and the importance of the arts in representing and engaging with the climate crisis. Our hope is that the exhibition will demonstrate the need for a creative, interdisciplinary and multifaceted approach to the climate crisis, as well as providing an inclusive, educational and inspiring space for people to engage with the issues presented.
