Helen is retired after working as a teacher and children’s social worker, and now paints and writes full time. She lives with her husband Graham Fulton, who is a poet/writer, in Paisley, Scotland.
Originally from Swansea in South Wales, she has lived in different areas of the UK, as well as living and working in Germany and Kenya, and travelling extensively. She has an especial love of Argyll, which has inspired many of her landscapes.
Helen currently works from a studio at WASPS Glasgow and is a member of Paisley Artists Club.
Graham Fulton is a well-known figure on the Scottish poetry scene with 24 critically-acclaimed full-length collections, and over fifteen pamphlet collections, to his name, many of which combine poetry, photography and illustration.
His work has been widely published in magazines, anthologies, newspapers and online journals in Europe and the USA. He runs Controlled Explosion Press, an independent small press publisher in Scotland.
